with my Event planning hat on now,
firstly thank you so much for hiring me, I’m really excited to be working with you to create some wonderful memories of your event, and with every event being different and bespoke it’s great to start getting to grips with the details early on. Closer to the time I will arrange a time that’s convenient to call so we can fill in any gaps.
Events are busy and filled with a hundred things to juggle just before they start so it’s my aim to make ‘the photographer is here’ be just that, a quick hi, hello and then I’m right into it for you allowing you to organise, meet greet and enjoy without worrying about me.
Let’s start with just a couple of questions - feel free to answer to fill in what you know/ keen to share and then as I said we can fill in any gaps a week before the event.
